You may be asking – why is my pup resting and not outside with all their furry friends? Routine rest time during daycare is not only important to the health of your pet, but also for the safety of the entire pack. Resting refers to the downtime in between playtime during daycare. This gives your pet a chance to recuperate, so they do not exhaust themselves before their visit comes to an end, which is especially important for our full-day guests. Additionally, resting significantly decreases the chances of injuries within the pack. Just like with humans, rest allows for the microtears in their muscles from exercising to repair and become stronger.
We take the safety of our pets and staff very seriously. Resting is an important part of our safety guidelines, including temperament tests and dividing our daycare pups into playgroups based on this temperament and size.

We do not offer facility tours at this point in time. Respectfully, we feel that allowing tours would disrupt the routine, comfort, and safety of our dogs. In the future, we will be filming a full virtual tour. Keep an eye out!
Our reception desk is closed on major holidays. There are no daycare or boarding check-ins or check-outs allowed. With no exceptions. Our boarding dogs remain on a familiar, consistent schedule. They receive lots of loving attention from the staff and regular activity throughout the day. Closed on: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Dogs must be at least four months of age to be welcomed in. In order to play with the other dogs, all dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered. If they are not spayed or neutered, and over 6 months old, private care options are available. We require the following vaccines Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella (updated every 6 months) and Lepto.
We are a socialized dog care facility that provides a safe, fair and fun environment for your dog. The First Day of Daycare is an in-person interview with you, a trained staff member and your pup. Throughout their day, we slowly introduce them to Bow Wow via genuine interaction with our staff and the other dogs they'll be playing with. We want to give them a chance to acclimate to the smells, sounds and sights inside our facility. Every potential dog guest goes through this evaluation process. Required time for First Day of Daycare is 4 hours.
We strongly recommend that boarding guests be dropped off in the morning or early afternoon. It helps all daily check-ins go smoothly. Check-out is by 12 PM. After 12 PM, pick-up includes a $15 fee.
If you're unable to arrive during our set business hours, your pup will have to spend the night with us. You can pick them up on the next business day (excluding major holidays when reception is closed).

We offer private boarding and daycare for pups who do not like to socialize with other dogs. With this, your pup will have their own room and get one on one interaction with a human throughout the day.
Our private services allow certain dogs to play or stay with us without any dog-to-dog interaction. Yay! If your dog is over 6 months and not spayed/neutered, we can accommodate them. If your dog doesn't get along well with other dogs but loves people, they are welcome here. If your dog is people-reactive and cannot be handled, sadly we can't accommodate them at Bow Wow.
Of course! Please bag and label each meal separately. We can also provide your dog with our high-quality Bow Wow Bungalow food for a small fee.
When attending daycare or boarding, your dog MUST have a quick-release snap collar and a legible name tag. This is crucial. Please bring them in on a proper leash. This is for their own safety. If you're boarding with us, you may bring dog food, beds, blankets, and even a shirt of yours for a comforting scent until your return. We also allow toys, treats, and bones for their enjoyment!
Should you need to change or cancel your reservations, please let us know forty-eight (48) hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. If your reservation is within three days of a nationally recognized holiday, your reservation must be canceled within seventy-two (72) hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
